Moroccan cooking is one of the great cuisines of the world, and at Dar Mazik, Marouane Azdour and the family team welcome you to the table to taste it properly: slow-cooked tagine simmered for hours, fluffy couscous served the traditional Friday way, and mint tea poured from a height to raise the foam.

Beyond the food, culture waits in every corner — Berber hospitality, local stories passed down over tea, and the unhurried rhythm of village life in Imlil. Cooking workshops and visits to the local market can also be arranged on request, for anyone who wants to take a little of Dar Mazik home with them.
