Grandfather Lahcen Azdour first welcomed travellers to these mountains. His sons and grandsons continue that work today, combining certified expertise with the warmth of Berber hospitality.
Brahim learned these mountains as a boy following his father Lahcen along the mule paths above Imlil, and today carries decades of that knowledge across the Toubkal massif and its remote valleys. He knows every refuge, every shortcut and every shepherd along the way.

Youssef leads summer ascents and winter ski journeys throughout the High Atlas, equally at home on a ridge in July or skinning up powder in January. Certified in both mountain and ski touring guiding, he plans routes around the season and the snow as much as the summit.

Marouane welcomes guests at Dar Mazik and guides walks through the Imlil valley, usually with a pot of tea already brewing by the time you arrive. He's the one most likely to talk you into a second helping of tagine and a story about the village.
